What is NP (Net Promoter Score)?

Heartland’s #1 core value is Customer. Patient care, customer experience, and service are the nucleus of the organization and our ultimate ‘why’ we do what we do. To show our commitment to this value, the Net Promoter Score has been adopted throughout the practice. Customers are surveyed with this tool throughout all practice locations. The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s services to others. It is known as the gold standard for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s service. A Net Promoter Score above 80 is considered world class. Heartland is excited to set the standard for excellence and customer experience.
